Date	Event	Description
May 22, 2026	Notice Mailing Date	Class members are mailed official notice of the settlement.
July 21, 2026	Opt-Out Deadline	Last day to exclude yourself from the settlement. Must be postmarked by this date.
July 21, 2026	Objection Deadline	Last day to file a written objection to the settlement with the Court.
August 26, 2026	Final Approval Hearing	Court hearing at 9:00 a.m. at the Mark O. Hatfield United States Courthouse, 1000 S.W. Third Ave., Portland, OR 97204.
~60 days after Final Approval	Payment Distribution	Estimated date settlement checks are mailed to Class Members.
